Tapping falls under the practice and study of energy psychology, which includes mind-body strategies that can reduce stress and increase calm and clarity. Calming the body, where we store stress, is often
missing when it comes to unlocking rapid change.
As a Certified Tapping Coach, I bring passion and enthusiasm to this work. Tapping brings me joy and creates a spark within me that deeply resonates. I guide and teach various tools so that you may become self-empowered in releasing yourself from personal challenges.

Tapping, also referred to as Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a therapeutic method that entails tapping on specific points of the body to assist in managing emotions and thoughts, alleviating stress and anxiety, and enhancing mental well-being. EFT draws its roots from the ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture.

I hold a Level II Intention Tapping Certification and have worked for the past nine years as a Speech Pathology Assistant in the Life Enrichment Education Program (LEEP), supporting students from K through Post High-School.
Here are some qualities I bring to my clients: loving compassion, deep intentional listening, and a commitment to providing a safe space for each person I support.
Let me share what Intentional Tapping and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) have done for me. Personally, I have experienced subtle shifts as well as profound changes in my life. Understanding and integrating the belief that my desires are healthy and reasonable, rather than selfish, was transformative. Overall, the positive changes I've experienced through Intentional Tapping have boosted my self-confidence and more.
Through my work, both individually and in group settings, I've observed that each of us needs to undertake our own journey of self-care. However, the relief experienced makes the effort more than worthwhile.

While Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Intention-base Energy Process (IEP) have produced excellent clinical results and are gaining in scientific support, neither are yet widely accepted as formally validated scientific techniques and thus must be considered experimental in nature with no guaranteed outcome in any individual. Both practitioners and members of the general public must therefore take complete responsibility for their own use of EFT and IEP.
Neither IEP nor EFT are therapies in themselves and all of the descriptions of treatment and advice on this website that refer to self-help are not meant to imply that everyone will benefit in a particular way. A lack of result or progress may mean you need professional assistance.
Adverse effects are extremely rare, and, if any emotional intensity occurs in treatment, it is often the manifestation of a previous or underlying problem. If you consider that you have long-standing or severe problems you should consider treatment with a qualified therapist.
As a result of their experimental nature, Hang does not know with certainty in advance how someone can be helped or if the techniques will help a particular person with a particular problem.
